Enriched with comforting shades of sage green, golden brown, gray, yellow, and plum, these two modern home designs are a pleasure to behold. Each apartment measures under 80 square meters with a welcoming open plan living space. Our first featured home design is a one-bedroom apartment with a chic and sophisticated aesthetic. The master ensuite and guest bathrooms are decorated with a unique burst of pattern and color. Our second home is a two-bedroom apartment that conveys a confident minimalist approach. A raw concrete ceiling and exposed support beams give the interior a dash of industrial-style decor. Floor plans are included at the end of each tour.

In the open plan living space of our first home design, a sophisticated blend of contrasting furniture pieces makes up an attractive arrangement. A dark gray-blue sofa counterbalances a golden brown tub chair. A white marble coffee table sets down a bright, luxe core.

A modern side table adds a stainless steel accent beside the club chair. Books and magazines can be stored neatly in its base.

When the floor-to-ceiling door is closed, it is almost undetectable in the living room. Only a neat door handle gives away its location.

An attractive archway leads to the home entryway. A modern wall sconce flanks each side of the arch, giving it a more dominant presence.

The dining table extends from the side of the marble kitchen island, fixed upon a stainless steel support column. Upholstered dining chairs seat up to six people around the table.

The home entryway is furnished with a full length mirror and a modern stool. The ensemble makes a handy dressing area for putting on shoes and coats before heading out of the door. Garments are stored away inside a hidden wardrobe, which has its door concealed within the wall paneling.

Inside the bedroom, a plush gray upholstered bed design is complemented by a textured gray bedroom rug and a cozy herringbone throw.

Deep green drapes frame a window by the headboard. The wide, dual aspect window remains unadorned to accommodate a comfortable L-shaped window seat. Sage green radiator covers blend with the wall finish.

A modern circle chandelier distributes illumination above the bed. A modern table lamp lights the desk beside the window.

A fluted glass wall divides the bedroom from its ensuite bathroom. A unique bathtub is obscured behind the textured glass pane.

Bold black and white tiles cover the floor and half of the wall, whilst bright yellow tiles brighten the upper portion. The combination delivers a high contrast look with a unique personality.

A racetrack-shaped bathroom mirror, a round vessel basin, and a cylindrical vanity unit complete a column of curves.

The guest bathroom contains a muted color palette that appears extraordinary due to its unusual contrast of apricot-tan and sage tiles. A dark green basin draws attention to the vanity area.

Our second featured apartment measures in at 76.8 square meters. It conveys a clean, minimalist aesthetic that promotes calm.

A small sectional sofa places a color rich expanse against a plain greige wall that is free from artwork and other adornments.

A color-matched footstool sits across the room, next to a long indoor planter that’s filled with snake plants.

Monochrome artwork hangs visual interest in the minimalist living room. A raw concrete ceiling and an exposed concrete support column add an industrial vibe.

The clean white kitchen island is fashioned around the concrete support column. Black kitchen bar stools seat six around the countertop.

A crisp white home office desk and floating wall shelf blend into the walls.

In the first of two bedrooms, a wooden headboard design neatly nudges up against the wall. A mini pendant light descends in front. See more mini pendant lights.

A wall sconce provides reading light at the other side of the headboard. Recessed LEDs draw a line of atmospheric perimeter lighting above the bed.

The second bedroom design is decorated similarly to the first. This time, a brown upholstered headboard design creates a softer look. The same black mini pendant forms one bedside light, whilst the opposite side gains a globe table lamp.

The bathroom design delivers an exciting geometric tile configuration, which is accentuated with dark grout. A round mirror is backlit to provide a floating effect in front.
