The unique staircase design winds down through the double height living space, twisting to a stop by the mouth of a modern fireplace.

An alternative sitting area is fashioned right into the side of the raised concrete platform, where it merges with a set of cast concrete steps. 
To the left, a compact courtyard design acts as a light well for the living room. 
A beanbag chair sits opposite the modern rocking chair, next to a small side table for books. Minimalist modern wall sconces brightly serve each seat with reading light, and illuminate the whole courtyard after dark. A small lamp lights a tiny rolling hillside by the deck. 
Concrete slabs bridge a grey pebble bed over the other half of the calming zen courtyard design, where a majestic bonsai tree grows. The tree is perfectly framed inside of an archway to the living room, creating a picturesque natural green vista. 
The stepping stones lead to another opening in the multifaceted courtyard, where they flow onto floor slabs of the same material. 
The rounded conversation pit seating beautifully complements the spiral staircase design, with tapered sofa cushions imitating each tapered wooden tread. 
A less formal lounge is decorated in the same soothing creamy tones, but this time with a more relaxed modern sofa on a regular natural rug. 
Two cream armchairs face the sofa in a conversational layout. 
Behind the snug lounge, an open plan kitchen dining room combo continues the semi-formal air. Two stylish dining room pendant lights make a big statement along the length of a long rectangular dining table, whilst a marble island draws the eye to the kitchen. 
Decorative vases make up an eclectic centerpiece. 
Dark wooden beams separate off the kitchen space under its own unique identity. The kitchen island is clad with a wooden front plate to complement the dark wood ceiling aesthetic. 
Cream concrete sofas line the edge of a games room with its own bar area. 
Natural stone streaks the bar peninsula and worktop.

Wooden lattice work shares incoming sunlight with the passageway as we move toward the home library. Perforated screens make up a set of bifold doors along the other side of the library, which lead onto an indoor balcony that overlooks the lounge kitchen diner combo. 
A table provides a comfortable space for extended study. 
Moving on into the first bedroom, a grey upholstered bed is matched by an end of bed seat. A tall glass vase adds a dramatic spray of greenery from a low lying bedside shelf. 
The next neutral bedroom scheme is lifted by a stroke of blue across the bed runner. A modern end of bed bench is dressed with contrasting scatter cushions. 
A bedroom workspace is positioned at the other end of the room. 
A stone and wood desk design commands the adjoined modern home office space, with a stack of bookshelves fitted flush into a niche behind it. 
The bathroom design features a balanced double vanity area, with the basin taps and vanity storage closets reflecting each other in perfect mirror image. 
A towel shelf adds a warming wooden accent beneath the marble vanity. 
Opposite the basins, a luxurious freestanding bathtub fills up the remainder of the large floor area. A tower of towel rails climb the adjacent wall surface. 
A cane bathroom chair is seated in the corner of the room for throwing down discarded clothing or a robe. 
The same materials have been used in the design of the second bathroom in the house, which is equally large and luxurious. This time, the double sink bathroom vanity is split either side of double doors. 
In here, the bathtub design has a gorgeous marble body, which displays striking streaks over tactile curves.
