Okay, this is the kind of house that makes you want to pinch yourself spin a totem just to verify that you aren’t dreaming. This little beauty is located on a cliff overlooking the Arabian Sea at Chowara, Kerala, [a 30 minute drive from Trivandrum, which is from where I am writing this ] and is the latest work of Bangalore based architects Khosla Associates. Built as a holiday home for a London based client, the house includes several decks for savouring the stunning 180 degree panoramic sea views that it is blessed with. The interiors look largely traditional (with the typical Kerala style design elements that you normally see around this part of the world) but still are not entirely without modern influences.
