Luxury comes at a price but when it comes with astounding, breathtaking view on all sides, it becomes hard to resist. Designed by architect Julia Palmer, this villa in Mallorca has a 180 degree view of the bay outside and a Mediterranean theme to go with it. Built on land that receives plenty of natural sunlight, this aspect has been enhanced by installing long French windows wherever possible.
A neutral contemporary color scheme that brings out the artwork and the furniture makes for a peaceful vacation home. The plot of the house spreads to over 530 sq m and includes the gardens as well. With modern furnishings and fittings that adorn the house, living here becomes a rare treat. Equipped with temperature controlled heating and cooling systems and other appliances, a villa like this, overlooking the ocean becomes the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

I own a four acre freehold elevated site plus an adjoining 3.5 acre beachfront site which I would like to develop as a combined property where the elevated site with majestic 180 degree view to house executive upmarket penthouses and the beachfront site to become the exclusive arena for the penthouse residents.
The subject vacant properties are located at Pacific Harbour in Fiji and the subject beach is some five kilometres long.
Is there anybody out there who can come up with some designs?
