Imagine waking up to a tender blue sky with sunshine radiating through the clouds and the smell of fresh grass and tress wafting through your windows. The need for a masseuse evaporates into thin air as the senses in your body are caressed and rejuvenated. Every tensed muscle goes back in shape and every sore part of your body is charged with energy again.
Surrounded by nature on all sides, this house on a cliff becomes a safe haven for anyone wishing to take a break from the hectic city life or those who wish to take a romantic trip.
You can come here, live the good life and take in the essence of living with nature.
This house rests at Buchupureo, VIII Region, Chile. Although it was built on a moderate budget, this house on a cliff successfully incorporated natural as well as contemporary elements with ease.
Nestled far away in a land that is still unclaimed by civilization, the view from the house in breath taking, to say the least. This house is surely one of it’s kind, but keep a look out for some more scintillating designs here.

Love the house, very open and space. Really living in the nature!
As awesome as that is… I guess it could be a bit dangerous!
Just a dream home! Absolutely stunningly gorgeous
pue smi kasa esta mejor k esa asi kon piedrita laja bien nicee
Beautiful house! But i agree with Travis, it is quite dangerous! Imagine the dog chasing a ball !!!…
Love it…
I’d like to pick it up and drop it onto my wooded six acres in East Texas. Since I’m afraid of heights, teetering on the side of a cliff would not be ideal.
A place to take a deep rest holiday…
I think so, so quiet the place is, and this is the dream home for me. Adding a hammok in the picuture will be better then.
“Nestled far away in a land that is still unclaimed by civilization”
looks like there is a building round the corner from it. I bet that it is claimed by civilisation.
(picture with the dog close-up)
maybe it should have been ‘rest of the civilization’ .
Well, it’s no wonder that the original site never mentions it’s on “unclaimed land”, since there’s no such thing on southern Chile. The building on the background is probably the main house.
Beautiful place, though.
Really ? Chile is a beautiful country in my opinion. I am in China, a very beatiful country too.
not for sleep walkers.
+1
i would like to sleep whole day in those rooms
Think it’s beautiful….but I would be flat on the floor, hanging on for dear life, the entire time I was there.
) A tad bit leery on the heights thing, or more so, the cliff thing! And I agree with George (“what if the dog were to chase a ball”) and hosd (“not for sleep walkers”), yikes!! It does have a stunning, “airy” view though.
What a beautiful house – i love this view over the sea, amazing!
it’s my dream life i like it so much
reminds me of falling waters.
I don’t have access to this sort of wealth. I’m a prole.
yeah, sure, the house is in a good place, but the house itself? quite plain. just a ruff mish mash of wood i’d say.
very beautiful location though, it *almost* negates the bad effect of the house itself
[...] have always loved houses with awesome views. And this Japanese residence is the latest one to hit our radar. Supposedly a weekend house it [...]
The view is amazing but one step in the wrong direction and you will be gone. Living on the edge for sure!
