The ideea is actually un-usefull… u spend a lot of money for an extra 3 sqm…. which is not a lot …. because u can not place anything for a long period in that space… you are going to have 3 extra sqm to walk …

imagine that at some point your going to be drunk … =)) … you’ll have to manage the stair if u don’t wanna sleep on the floor… (and by the way it doesn’t have a handrail)

a stair like that is going to cost around 10.000 euros …. for 3 sqm of extra space :P

i love the concept, though can be improved in more technical aspects such as sensors and stuff like that.

Inspiration just punched me in the face. I want this, but not as folding stairs, rather as a stairway that descends into the wall and has motion sensors. So when I feel like it, it is turned on and opens for everyone. But at some point I want private time and the stairway stays inside the wall unless you have the key.
