That is correct. If you dwnld their brochure you can see floor plans. the core does not move and there is a people elevator in it AND a car elevator. Because if you have one of the ‘villa’ on the top floors, they have parking spots on the floor w/ them. how cool huh? live at the top of this amazingly tall and cool building and STILL be able to pull right up to your door? Pretty wicked! i think there might have been stairs on the plans too…..but whos gonna take the 70+ flights up to their apartment?

My guess is that there must be some elevator arrangement on the central axis which doesn’t move.
